[Bug][3DS] Kingdom's Item Shop Save cant be restored

Describe the bug
A save backup from the game Kingdom's Item Shop can not be restored on the 3DS as it results in the game booting with empty saves as if none have ever been created.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create Backup of an existing save for Kingdom's Item Shop
2. Restore save
3. Boot game
4. No saves will show up in the game

Expected behavior
Restored saves show up in the save slot selection for Kingdom's Item Shop
