article.cls not found - after few moments of suing intellij, windows (bug report but.. it's not)

So, I had problem with article.cls not found. It was underlined red and showed as error.
But, while I was working on reproducing error, it disappeared from main file. All I did was opening new file, and click class ikon there.
I already did it before, and it didn't help, at least not for long. Indexing WAS done, I already Invalidated caches few times.

Any idea what happened? Under... Not finished bug report.

What I did (steps to reproduce)

create new document and write something inside it

Minimal example to reproduce the problem

\documentclass{article}
\begin{document}
    
\end{document}

Expected behavior

article.cls is indexed and 'article' is not underlined

Actual behavior

'article' has a red underline

• It compiles without any errors, either with minimal example or full document.

• I did not have this problem few weeks ago. It appeared first on freshly installed latex and IntelliJ on laptop. I didn't have it on desktop, so I was sure I just made some mistake with paths.
  After a while it appeared on desktop too. I didn't use it for few weeks, so I can't exactly pinpoint right moment. I think it was already there in 0.9.7 version of Texify.

• Now, funny part. During my testing, I found, that it actually fully work at the start, at least with newly created documents.

As shown in the picture, there is no red underline, and I can click little "C" on the side bar to inspect package. It opens article.cls

Thanks for reporting this. If the issue is not consistent, I think you might be running into #3653, which will be fixed in 0.9.9. It should already be fixed in the latest alpha versions, see the documentation on how to install a pre-release version.

So...
It's back.
This is IntelliJ Ultimate, TeXify version 0.10.1

It's usually after I come back to document, day later or something. (compiling of course works, just this problem stays. And it go out after compilation).

The good news, invalidating caches helps this time. (before 9.9, it could stay).

But it's still annoying.
Why does it not work with any other package? I mean, i never seen "amsmath not found"? It keeps me at night.

I again changed some things related to timeouts.
If the issue persists, I think it may be a new problem, please open a new issue. It would be really helpful if you could upload logs:

• To enable debug logging, go to Help | Diagnostic Tools | Debug Log Settings and add #nl.hannahsten.texifyidea.util.Log.
• Then reproduce the issue, go to Help | Show Log in Explorer/Finder and upload the idea.log file on GitHub.

Also, when you say 'come back to document', do you mean the project stayed open, or do you close and re-open the project?

It's... Hard for me to make issue, because now it shows article right again. It's inconsistent.

When I say "come back to document" i mean close and reopen, possible with after I turn off PC.
Well, now when I think about it, I think maybe problem is when I open IntelliJ fast after turning on computer. It works really slow (computer) until it load everything in, maybe it mess up some timings in IntelliJ too. Will check if I can reproduce it this way.

I will try to enable diagnostic tool.

I see, then it might still be a timeout or a caching issue, but the log will make that clear. After you have set the debug log setting, then just wait until the issue occurs and then submit idea.log afterwards, I can see in the log when the IDE was started.
