Indexing local (home) texmf folder

Environment OS is Debian GNU/Linux 13.

I have a bunch of custom .sty, .cls, .bst or .bib files in a local ~/texmf folder, which are (apparently) not indexed by Texify.
As a result, I get many errors in the IDE about files not found, undefined commands and environments.

Compilation works correctly.

Is it a configuration issue or missing feature?

I think simply missing as default. Are the sty and cls files in ~/texmf/tex/latex? I assume bst in ~/texmf/bibtex/bst and bib in ~/texmf/bibtex/bib?
