This has been answered in a direct message, but I will answer it here again. It is something a few people have come to us about and something that is on our roadmap. But, it isn't currently a priority for us.

The problem is LMDB doesn't work with WASM, so we'd have to implement our own storage engine (which is on the roadmap). When we do this, we will likely integrate WASM support as we build it out.
