v2025.06.2: Fixes for Docker builds

This is just a technical update. Because I switched to uv, there is no requirements.txt file anymore. Thus, I had to update Dockerfile

v2025.06.1: 2025 Edition

No game logic was changed, but lots of things "under the hood", including, but not limited to:

• Use Google's distroless Docker image
• Switch to uv
• Use most recent aiogram and Redis
• New versioning schema
• Use TOML file format for configuration

v3.3: Multilanguage and more

ℹ️: A 3.3.1 version has been released with important hotfix.

For this iteration, we focus on making all texts in bot customizable via Project Fluent. The only limitation is that the choice of language depends on bot owner, not on user's language. This decision may be reconsidered in the future.

Also, aiogram is updated to stable 3.0 release 🎉

⚠️: Lots of new settings are added, and settings structure will be changed in one of future releases

v3.2: Исправление неразберихи с файлами конфигурации

В этом релизе исправлена неразбериха, когда было непонятно, откуда читаются конфигурационные переменные.

Теперь всё просто: конфиг берётся из файла .env, который читается библиотекой python-dotenv и парсится через pydantic. Соответственно, никакой env_file не указывается для Docker или Systemd, достаточно просто подложить им сам файл.
