Add option for songs to be added to the top of the playlist #1248

Create a menu in the settings that controls whether a song that is added to a playlist is added to the bottom or the top of the playlist.
Problem solved
Hopefully I understand correctly this section.
I like to add my new songs to the top of my favourites playlist and start listening from them.
There are also large playlists and it's tough to get all the way down for the newest songs.
Other implementations
Probably easily.
Drop down menu in the settings, choose option. The option is stored at some global settings context and when we want to add a song to a playlist(An array or the M3U file probably) it chooses the position to insert the song at by the value of the option.
Benefit
Easy to listen to the newest songs in the playlist, even when the playlist is very big.
This option exists in other music players and is a serious blockage when moving to Auxio(Or at least it was for me) so lowering the entrance blockage.
