Proxyman always starts the iPhone 16e instead of the one i’ve used before.

## Steps to Reproduce
1. Certificate Menu -> Install for iOS -> Simulators
2. Click on Reboot

## Current Behavior
- A new iPhone opened, which is not the one that the user is using

## Expected Behavior
- Should restart the opened Simulators

## Environment

- App version: e.g Proxyman 6.2.0
