Exporter isn't exporting for specific users but works for other users fine

Steps to reproduce

v2.46.0 Visual Version
Export settings:

• Run Exporter as Admin:Yes
• export format: JSON
• Markdown format: OFF
• Reuse Assets: ON
• Download Assets: ON
• Output path: Desktop/New folder
• Assets directory path: desktop/New folder

Details

Exporter will run with no error pop up but does not download anything.

• tested multiple filters, has:file has:link has:mp4 together & alone none worked.
• made sure spelling was correct. made sure capital letters etc matched after trying again
• used user ID instead username still same result.
• tried with and without setting from/before filters didnt change anything.
• Works fine for other usernames/users with or without using user ID/username but does not download for other users at all.
• downloading using from:username has:file works for almost everyone except a few usernames. their usernames arent weird or using symbols either.
