reduce number of warmup and iteration forks (default is 3 warmups and 2 runs)
reduce number of warmup iterations (default is 5)
reduce number of measurement iterations (default is 5)
reduce time for a warmup iteration (default is 1s)
reduce time for a measurement iteration (default is 1s)
document that multiple choice names can be passed as parameters
update README with typical multi-choice replay runs

These changes allow faster JMH iteration cycles (at a loss of precision).
