Feature request: auto-switch keyboard layouts #75

Doing some wishful thinking here after a remote mob session with people with a variety of keyboard layouts.
Wouldn’t it be cool if each mobber had a preferred system keyboard layout, and the driver got “their” layout auto-selected for them on starting their rotation?
The layout in effect on program startup could be the default for all new mobbers, so that if nobody has a non-default preference there’d be no new steps to getting the mob going.
I’m mainly thinking about remote mob sessions with people from around the world, but I guess this might be nice for e.g. Dvorak adherents too. ;-)
