Showing timer on 2nd (extended) screen

Running Windows, is it possible to have the timer display on my 2nd (extended) screen? (If it is, I'm don't know how). I'm unable to drag the window around, like a normal window.

also true on a mac. Would be extremely useful for remote mobbing where mobster is not on a single shared screen.
