The documentation for std.mathspecial.betaIncomplete describes how to compute "betaIncompleteCompl". For std.mathspecial.gammaIncomplete, there is a complement function, std.mathspecial.gammaIncompleteCompl. For consistency's sake, can the function std.mathspecial.betaIncompleteCompl be implemented?
