Documentation detailing differences between categorization server and https redirector

I've diffed the playbooks and they seem very similar, I'm a bit confused as to the differences between a categorization server and an https redirector. I don't see anything in the wiki or other documentation that details this.

They are very similar, but logically are different since one is used to categorize a domain for use with a proxy. I will likely have to add some more nuanced differences there in the docs. Thanks!
