"Could not resolve recipient" error in Send

The error message frequently pops up in the final stage of the Send window, likely to resolve ENS, blocking the button that shows the TX in the main Frame window (it needs 5-10 repetitions to resolve).

I'm not sure what the purpose of resolving is, but I suggest making it optional, adding a skip button, or removing it.
