Spaces always return as empty in IntelliJ IDEA

Describe the bug

get_copilot_space and list_copilot_spaces always returns empty.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Connect to MCP via MCP.json
2. Set Copilot Chat to Agent mode
3. Ask to list spaces or retrieve a space

Expected vs actual behavior

I should see my current spaces. I double-checked and I have them on this account, so it should not return empty.
