Landcover holes

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

I would expect that there would be no holes inside wood landcover

Actual behavior

When you zoom in, you might notice that holes in the graphics disappear. This happens because of the setMinPixelSizeOverrides function, which filters out small polygons. You can see this process in action at https://github.com/govlt/national-basemap/blob/main/vector/src/main/java/lt/lrv/basemap/layers/Landcover.java#L46 . Perhaps it would be more appropriate to incorporate this filtering mechanism within the postProcess function.
