How Can I decrypt/Decode this Password form ??

I used BrawserScan and It said That It Decrypted 100+ Passwords, I went to see the CSV file that contains the passwords and all of them are in this form **b'z9G#\xed\xe1\xca\xcf\xbe\xe5&3K\xc5\xdf'** any of you know how to decode/decrypt this ?? also Im trying to recover Brave Browser Passwords...
