Language: "System default" works incorrectly

Brief Summary

When using the language setting "System default", the result is incorrect. I use "English (United States)" as my display language, but have norwegian regional settings and keyboard since I live in Norway. After the update to 2.7.11, KeePassXC suddenly started displaying in norwegian.

Steps to Reproduce

I haven't done much reproducing since I don't want to mess with my language settings too much, but hopefully the description above is enough information to figure out what is wrong

What was your previous version? The last change we made here was years ago. #3035

I uninstalled and reinstalled the old version just now to verify, and it is indeed using english when "System default" is selected

Nothing changed in the language selection code. The last change was five years ago.

Obviously you know much better than me what's changed and not, I'm just trying to report an issue.

In version 2.7.10 KeePassXC correctly uses English when "System default" is chosen

In version 2.7.11 KeePassXC incorrectly uses Norwegian when "System default" is chosen

If you believe this bug report is incorrect, please disregard and close the issue

I would need someone else to reproduce the issue. Maybe something changed in how Qt selects your UI language.
