[bug]: Intake - "Changes you made may not be saved" warning

Current behavior

When switching between Intake items rapidly a warning appears:

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Plane Intake
2. rapidly select different intake items from the list
3. The warning appears

Hi @leedsjb Thanks for reporting this. We did see this issue happening intermittently, we are actively working on resolving this.
