[Feature]: Implement screen dimensions emulation for WebDriver BiDibidi

[Firefox (Nightly, build 147)](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2000651) now supports the "emulation.setScreenSettings" WebDriverBiDi command, so it can be used to emulate screen dimensions with WebDriver BiDi.
