Is the incremental caching working in tsgo?

When using tsc we are getting the benefit of caching using tsconfig.tsbuildinfo

from the homepage of tsgo repo, I understood it is not yet implemented, is that right?

general question: does vscode(IDEs) also get benefit from the incremental cache using tsconfig.tsbuildinfo?

Incremental exists and works.

Editors never benefit from tsbuildinfo (in the old code, or the new).

The editor will do a sort of incremental, in the same vein as watch mode, where files are reused. Incremental is all about skipping checking and emit when we know something hasn't changed, which doesn't quite apply to the editor.
