Yt-dlg stay in pre processing

Hi I'm kinda new to git hub and yt-dlg
I was able to install it and get it to work (idk how but I did it) a few months ago and it helped me download my youtube music playlists quickly and I used it 2 weeks ago and it worked fine but today I tried to use it and its stuck in pre processing and doesn't download at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, changing yt-dlp.exe to youtube-dl.exe on the extra tab in options. I repaired the 2010 Microsoft visual c++ reditributable package x86 and x64 and still nothing, tried updating it in the options but it does nothing. what am I doing wrong.
Im running win 10 pro x64 V. 22h2
