With acme_email on Windows and ubuntu, I ran
python3 cli.py cert --config-dir . --work-dir . --logs-dir . -e *****@figer.com --contact *****@gmail.com
and at the end I got
All authorizations were not finalized by the CA.
any idea ?

same error. It was working one week ago with the same command line.
