[FEAT] marmite Playground

What:

A web application (NOT AN API) presenting a code editor https://codemirror.net/

On the left side:

Code editor with tabs (marmite.yaml, about.md, hello-world.md, goodbye-world.md)

On the right side:

A framed webview of the rendered marmite website

Functionality:

1. User access play.marmite.blog and resolve a captcha
2. The backend creates a random folder uuid based name and sets to the session
3. The backend executes marmite folder to generate the site
4. Site is updated on the framed web view
5. User changes the files on the left and save
6. Site update is trigerred and webview updated
7. The site is available for 1 hour after the last change

Just a repository on github using a prebuilt github codespaces using the marmite container image.
