mcphub后端重启，不能维持有状态的MCP服务器

Steps to Reproduce / 复现步骤
调用某个MCP工具，这个MCP工具内置一些有状态的东西，比如终端，在不小心关掉了mcphub再打开，状态会丢失，无法访问之前的东西。

Expected Behavior / 预期行为
修复，但不针对重启电脑的行为，因为重启电脑无解。。

  本地dev运行后端。
