A Neovim plugin - nvim-beads

Just a heads up that over the past week or so I've pulled together a reasonable (if basic) Neovim integration plugin here:

Still very early, obviously, but I've been using it fairly actively while building the plugin itself and so far it's been handy enough that it seems worthwhile making it available to others!
