Description
A lot of what we do is the same couple of tasks over and over again. Examples include
- Advance a proposal to a particular stage at a plenary
- Add a proposal to the agenda in preparation for stage advancement
- Create the next meeting's agenda from the template agenda
- Create a new proposal repo
There's steps we forget for each of these things all the time. We forget to assign Stage 2 reviewers. We forget to include evidence supporting stage advancement in links from the agenda. We forget to update dates/times on new agendas. We forget to make our slides publicly readable. We forget to record conclusions in the notes after a topic. I think we could come up with a decent list of the common things we do and the things we need to remember when doing them. It will help both new delegates who don't yet know what they're doing and old ones who just forget.
