changing passwords

Hi All,

Huge fan of the project, please keep it up!

Regarding the facility that allows users to change their own passwords, it appears 'changing' the password simply adds a new password instead of changing it. (v0.13.2)
Has this been fixed in a new release, should I raise a bug, or am I misunderstanding something?

Edit: changed version from 0.13 to 0.13.2
